Sothais was born among the common folk, with no house or name in the chronicles, and entered House Ruisroth by marrying Mailluen. She was fickle, patient and vengeful, with a gift for dealing with people. She gave House Ruisroth its name, and its motto: “What is one's is all's”. She lived under the rule of Sauchia, Salziark, Mendbrark and Duirklath. She knew hunger in Mueness. She died of old age in the autumn of year 240, at the age of 64. With her death House Ruisroth went out.
