Duirklath was born among the common folk, with no house or name in the chronicles, and entered House Luelchau by marrying Zesbres. He was easily content, fickle and rash, with a gift for leading others. In the winter of year 224 he married Gaundllond. He had 4 children: Taunma, who died a child; Sailath, whom he buried; Zialdiand; and Garkrail. From year 223 he was at the head of Zailira until year 231. From year 231 he was ruler of the Methllerk until his death. He decided to raise houses (39 times), to ration the grain, to lift the rationing, to hold a feast (2 times), to arrange a marriage (2 times) and to send settlers out (4 times). He lived under the rule of Mendbrark. He knew hunger in Zailira. When he died, House Luelchau counted 10 other members. He died of old age in the winter of year 259, at the age of 64. He was survived by Zialdiand and Garkrail. Gaundllond succeeded him.
