Sauchia was born in the spring of year 127, daughter of Thailchais and Labraimuin, in House Miandthe. She was ambitious, forgiving and proud, with a gift for leading others. In the autumn of year 135 she married Zerkto, and was widowed in the spring of year 139. In the autumn of year 141 she married Skuethllel, and was widowed in the winter of year 172. She had a son: Gestuind, whom she buried. Her mother, Thailchais, died of old age when she was 7 years old. Her father, Labraimuin, died of old age when she was 4 years old. From year 134 she was at the head of Stianess until year 140. From year 140 she was ruler of the Methllerk until her death. She decided to raise houses (55 times), to hold a feast (2 times) and to arrange a marriage (3 times). She lived under the rule of Mosskos and Tuindtuend. She knew hunger in Stianess. When she died, House Miandthe counted one other member. She died of hunger in the winter of year 179, at the age of 52. Salziark succeeded her.
