Brantail was born among the common folk, with no house or name in the chronicles, and entered House Brondluith by marrying Briasstue. He was rash, skeptical and vengeful, with a gift for leading others. In the winter of year 185 he married Suerktian. He had 2 children: Guendchas; and Mendbrark, who would come to rule. From year 159 he was at the head of Llaness until year 184. He gave House Brondluith its name, and its motto: “No one eats alone”. He decided to raise houses (30 times). He lived under the rule of Densond, Mosskos, Tuindtuend, Sauchia, Salziark and Mendbrark. He knew hunger in Llaness. When he died, House Brondluith counted 8 other members. He died of old age in the summer of year 186, at the age of 63. He was survived by Guendchas and Mendbrark. He lived to have 4 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A ruler came of his blood: Mendbrark. The house he founded would go out in the autumn of year 260.
