Zastadai was born among the common folk, with no house or name in the chronicles, and entered House Chuiduerk by marrying Tanskuith. He was ambitious, humble and rash, with a gift for keeping the accounts. From year 196 he was at the head of Mueness until his death. He gave House Chuiduerk its name, and its motto: “What is one's is all's”. He lived under the rule of Tuindtuend, Sauchia, Salziark and Mendbrark. He knew hunger in Mueness. He died of hunger in the summer of year 196, at the age of 61. With his death House Chuiduerk went out.
