Skiases was born among the common folk, with no house or name in the chronicles, and entered House Briathlaus by marrying Llathlon. She was easily content, generous and proud. She gave House Briathlaus its name, and its motto: “One table, one roof”. She lived under the rule of Tuelsue and Thegueth. She saw Llaness and Stianess founded. She knew hunger in Llaness. When she died, House Briathlaus counted one other member. She died of old age in the winter of year 30, at the age of 64. The house she founded would go out in the spring of year 31.
