Rarkria was born among the common folk, with no house or name in the chronicles, and entered House Staithaun by marrying Skuithtal. He was cautious, fickle and forgiving, with a gift for leading others. He gave House Staithaun its name, and its motto: “No one eats alone”. He lived under the rule of Sauchia, Salziark and Mendbrark. He knew hunger in Zailira. When he died, House Staithaun counted one other member. He died of hunger in the summer of year 206, at the age of 51. The house he founded would go out in the summer of year 207.
