Railcha was born among the common folk, with no house or name in the chronicles, and entered House Ruethe by marrying Bruendend. He was bold, greedy and rash. From year 191 he was at the head of Zailira until his death. He gave House Ruethe its name, and its motto: “No one eats alone”. He decided to lift the rationing (3 times) and to ration the grain (2 times). He lived under the rule of Sauchia, Salziark and Mendbrark. He knew hunger in Stianess. He died of hunger in the winter of year 195, at the age of 30. With his death House Ruethe went out.
