Daistoth was born among the common folk, with no house or name in the chronicles, and entered House Rauruind by marrying Dechues. She was greedy, pious and rash. From year 269 she was at the head of Llaness until her death. She gave House Rauruind its name, and its motto: “One table, one roof”. She lived under the rule of Duirklath, Gaundllond, Sandresgo, Dada and Sausra. She saw Llodun founded. She knew hunger in Llaness. When she died, House Rauruind counted one other member. She died of hunger in the summer of year 273, at the age of 30. The house she founded was still standing when this chronicle ended.
