Tazuinzon was born among the common folk, with no house or name in the chronicles, and entered House Skauluen by marrying Skanmal. He was ambitious, cautious and pious, with a gift for leading others. He gave House Skauluen its name, and its motto: “One table, one roof”. He lived under the rule of Mendbrark. He knew hunger in Stianess. He died in a logging accident in the spring of year 200, at the age of 9. With his death House Skauluen went out.
