Dastand was born among the common folk, with no house or name in the chronicles, and entered House Dandbraund by marrying Zagauslau. She was cautious, forgiving and generous. From year 137 she was at the head of Llaness until her death. She gave House Dandbraund its name, and its motto: “One table, one roof”. She lived under the rule of Tuindtuend. She knew hunger in Llaness. When she died, House Dandbraund counted one other member. She died of hunger in the summer of year 139, at the age of 8. The house she founded would go out in the autumn of year 139.
